    Automation is the use of various control systems for operating equipment such as machinery, processes in factories, boilers and heat treating ovens, switching in telephone networks, steering and stabilization of ships, aircraft and other applications with minimal or reduced human intervention. Some processes have been completely automated. The biggest benefit of automation is that it saves labor, however, it is also used to save energy and materials and to improve quality, accuracy and precision.

Our company is engaged in the design and implementation of automation systems. We offer solutions for the automation of technological processes and their visualization based on the world famous brands such as Siemens, Wonderware, ICPDAS. We conduct modernization and optimization of existing systems and design new automation system.

Logical sequence and process control

  

Programmable logic controllers (PLCs) are a type of special microprocessor that replaced many hardware components such as used in relay logic. Programmable logic controller (PLCs) connect to sensors in the process and converting sensor signals to digital data. PLC can receive signals from many sensors, instruments and from other single machine controllers or Remote terminal units (RTUs) in order to implement complex control algorithms using multiple inputs and mathematical manipulations. They can also analyze and provide real time data to PC or graphical panels for operators and engineers.

We program controllers (PLCs) of manufacturers ICPDAS, Siemens and Unitronics. We also offer solutions for M2M communication between controllers (PLCs) via radio channel or via GSM/GPRS.

Data acquisition

Data acquisition is required for quality control, resource consumption, technological processes of tracking and reporting tool. The company offers all the necessary components to obtain data on the PC, including sensors, signal amplifiers, controllers and I/O modules. We provide the necessary software - IO Server and OPC server. We have a ready solution for remote data collection via GSM or radio channel.

Proccesses vizualization and SCADA/HMI

SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) systems are extremely important systems used in national infrastructures such as electric grids, water supplies and pipelines. SCADA systems typically implement a database, commonly referred to as a tag database, which contains data elements called tags or points. A point represents a single input or output value that monitored or controlled by the system. A human-machine interface or HMI is system that presents process data to a operator, and through which the operator controls the process such as manufacturing, production, power generation, fabrication, refining and etc. The HMI system usually presents the information to the operating personnel graphically, in the form of a mimic diagram. This means that the operator can see a schematic representation of the plant and visual representation of the technological processes.

    

We offer SCADA/HMI software packages and development of applications for Beyond SCADA, Wonderware InTouch and Application Server, Siemens WinCC and WinCC Flexible. We have a huge element base including a set of graphic elements, different realizations of menu functions, and organization of work with different databases from different vendors and multilingual support. We have done projects in industries such as oil and gas pipelines, dairy industry, beverage and food, heating and water distribution, and energy. We also carry out conversion of projects Wonderware InTouch <-> Siemens WinCC.

Reporting

Reports are a very useful method for keeping track of important information. Reports are often used to display the result of a process. Reports are used in government, business, education, science, and other fields.
We offer solutions for automated reporting. The obtained data and operational SCADA system are sent to the reporting database, where they are analyzed and calculated. Web application allows operators to make a correction of the data and enter additional data. All changes are automatically logged and appear in the form of reports. Report forms are generated in Microsoft Excel, which gives flexibility to make changes and create new reports.
